Can i use JavaScript/Java Applets on my website?
Yes. These are client side features – which mean that it runs on your visitor’s computer. So you can add flash, JavaScript or Java Applets to your website and as long as your visitors have these features available on their computers they will be able to view your web pages perfectly. Any browser (such as Internet Explorer or Netscape) that supports them will do. So these features are all supported by default on all hosting packages.
How long does it takes to register a domain?

If i have my website designed myself, can i still host with you?

Can I get “Insert random program” installed on the server?
We do not allow background processes or extra daemons to be installed to shared servers. We do install custom scripts, update or add on modules to the software we already have installed. If you dont see something installed that you need just ask us if we will install it for you.
What is a domain name?
A domain name is your address on the internet. A catchy domain name will help people find your website and remember your brand. A domain name is also a great way of branding your personalised email accounts (e.g.: you@yourbusiness.co.za). Having a good, memorable domain will also help people find you on Google.
How do I transfer my Web pages to your server?
Transferring your domain to us it’s easy. Please an hosting order and send us your FTP/Cpanel Login so that we can initiated a backup of your files hosted. We will then send a transfer request to you / your current host provider. After accepting the ticket then you domain will be transfer to us.
Can I host multiple domain names with my hosting account?
The more domain names you have pointing to your website, the more likely people are to find you. We always recommend registering a geographic extension, such as .joburg, .capetown and .durban, to let customers know where you’re located in addition to a generic extension, such as .co.za or .com. By registering these you’re protecting your brand from anyone else who wants to register these.
